In order to maintain the freshness, we freeze our products rapidly with our deep freezing technology, and to keep the products frozen, they are well stored in -60 °C deep freezer.
Tuna that is captured will be bled, exsanguinated and gutted immediately, and will be frozen in -60 °C deep freezer until it is sold. This way, the tuna can be preserved as fresh as if it was just freshly caught.
